RENT FERRARI 812 SUPERFAST
The latest 12-cylinder Ferrari is the most imposing and fierce machine to come out of Maranello to date. The Ferrari 812 Superfast arrives with a mission, to surpass the F12. A tough task that has been fulfilled and that is demonstrated when one knows their figures, but that is burned when one experiences them in their own flesh. The last name is not whim, it is tradition and a reflection of its pedigree. On or off the circuit, it is the high-performance supercar that the world deserved from Ferrari.
F1 TECHNOLOGY for an unrepeatable engine
The 812 Superfast is powered by a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 front mid-engined, a precision pump that produces 800 hp at 8.500 rpm, yielding a whopping 123 hp per liter of displacement. The engine torque is not far behind either, 718 Nm reaching 7.000 rpm, of which 574 Nm are already available at 3.500 rpm, which makes it equally powerful at low revs despite being atmospheric.
Its performance is worthy of a Ferrari V12, a 0 to 100 km / h in just 2,9 seconds and a top speed of 340 km / h, improving the F0,2 in 12 seconds in acceleration from a standstill. But without a doubt the most exciting thing about his driving will be hearing him scream at the top of his lungs at 9.000 rpm. It also uses Formula 1 technology, such as its variable geometry intake ducts, so the powerful V12 breathes well at any revolution. The gearbox is just as fast, double-clutch type and whose action with the paddles will be like activating a rifle, an instantaneous gear change, like a shot.
exclusive electronics deployment
Ferrari has released the EPS system in the 812 Superfast, a new power steering that will make driving more fun, since it works in conjunction with the Side Slip Control systems and the Passo Corto Virtuale 2.0. All of these technologies improve agility and reduce the time between action and reaction.
The Side Slip Control is version 5.0 and makes the 812 Supefast let us skid within limits without having to remove the stability control. Let's say that its rear will hint if we provoke it with gas, but it will not go uncontrollably, the car knows when you want to skid and when you need to go straight again.
In the case of the Passo Corto Virtuale 2.0, it is Ferrari's name for its directional rear axle. With it, a “virtual reduction” of the wheelbase is produced, improving the maneuverability of the 812 at low speeds, such as slow corners or in the city for example, but improves its stability and how quickly it reacts when we make fast curves.
