This version of the legendary Porsche 911 has all-wheel drive in which the distribution of torque always prevails on the rear axle under normal conditions. If it sees fit, the system will redirect more torque to the front axle. Despite this system it is still more efficient in consumption than the previous model since this generation of the 911 weighs less than the previous one thanks to its steel and aluminum chassis, in all it is 50 kilos less in weight.
In terms of the engine, Porsche incorporates a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter six-cylinder boxer in S versions like this one, which produces 400 hp at 7.400 rpm and 440 Nm of torque at 5.600 rpm. The aforementioned all-wheel drive and the combination with the seven-speed dual-clutch PDK automatic transmission, results in an incredible acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 4,5 seconds.
But uncontrolled power is useless and this Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Convertible has better brakes than a normal Carrera. The front calipers are six-piston decorated in red and made of aluminum, and the discs are 340 mm in diameter, 10 mm more.

The 911 carries the PDCC or Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control system to control body roll.
